How it works

You bring the knowledge. We handle the work.

IGNYTE takes social media on as an ongoing engagement, not a stream of individual posts. You always know what is being produced, when it is going out, and how it performed.

The working relationship

Outsourced, without being out of your hands.

We take social media off your plate without taking your voice out of it. What stays with you is the voice, the relationships, and the final say — everything that makes the work sound like your organization rather than an agency.

What you bring

The things only you can know. What the organization is actually doing, which priorities matter this quarter, what is coming that we should be building toward, and the source material we could not get anywhere else. Plus the final say — always.

What we take on

Everything downstream of that. The strategy and the planning, the writing and the design, the coordination, the publishing where publishing is in scope, the ongoing management, and the honest review of what actually worked — carried week after week so it never lands back on someone’s already-full plate.

The process

Five stages, and what each one asks of you.

The same five run continuously. Each names what we carry and what we need from you — and after the first, what we need from you is small.

  1. Discover

    IGNYTE handles
A kickoff conversation, and the time to understand the organization properly — the audience, the goals, the voice, what is coming up. It is also where we agree the direction and set up access to the platforms in scope.
    What we need from you
The conversation, honest answers, and access to the accounts. You approve the direction and the voice before anything is published.
  2. Plan

    IGNYTE handles
That understanding becomes a real plan — what we are talking about, where, and in what rhythm — built around what the organization has coming rather than a posting quota.
    What we need from you
Keep us in the loop on what matters: events, launches, offers, changes. A short message is usually all it takes.
  3. Create

    IGNYTE handles
We write it, design it, produce the short-form, and hold all of it to one standard — in the voice we agreed on, not a generic agency register.
    What we need from you
Source material only you have: a photo from the floor, a product detail, the name of the person in the picture.
  4. Publish

    IGNYTE handles
We schedule and publish directly on the platforms in scope. Because the direction was agreed up front, routine content does not wait on post-by-post approval — though it can, whenever you would rather work that way or a piece calls for it.
    What we need from you
Most weeks, nothing at all. The accounts stay yours, you keep control of them, and the final say is always yours.
  5. Measure

    IGNYTE handles
We look at what actually happened — what reached people, what they responded to, what did not land — and carry it into the next round of planning rather than into a report nobody reads.
    What we need from you
Context when the numbers do not tell the whole story: a quiet month with a good reason, an enquiry the analytics cannot see.

Over time

Every round starts better informed than the last.

Measure is not the end of the line. It is where the next Discover starts. What reached people, what they responded to, what changed in the organization — all of it goes into the next plan while it is still current.

The questions stay the same month to month: what should we be talking about, who are we trying to reach, what is working. The answers get sharper, because after a few rounds they are answered with evidence instead of assumption.

The process is the same. The involvement is not.

Every level runs these five stages. What changes is how deeply we are involved in what you are trying to accomplish.

Foundation
Streamlined and largely asynchronous. We keep the presence consistent and current without needing much of your week.
Growth
More active on both sides. The strategy moves month to month, someone is engaging your audience, and we are in regular contact with your team.
Partner
Fully integrated. An open, ongoing conversation about the marketing as a whole — not only about what is being posted.

Ready when you are

One conversation to start. The rest is ours to carry.
